Refunds and Return
At SoftwareLand we aim to offer outstanding service and quality products and at the same time equitable return policies to all of our clients. We offer a 30-day product warranty to ensure that our consumers are happy with the product(s) they purchase. SoftwareLand will refund the entire price on fresh, unopened orders within 30 days of delivery, and that’s minus the cost of shipping. You must first receive authorisation by emailing from email@example.com or calling +44 20 7183 2608 before returning any items.
For any delivery mistake on our side, SoftwareLand will cover the cost of return shipping, this includes faulty products or shipping errors. After sending your request for a refund, customers should anticipate a refund period of two to four weeks. This calculation takes into account the time it takes to ship the item back to our business, as well as an authorization search and the refund process. The initial method of payment will be used to issue the refund to the customer. If you receive an incomplete or faulty item as a result of our mistake and would like a replacement, SoftwareLand will cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct item to the customer through an updated and improved shipping method.
In the case of electronic products and purchases, SoftwareLand will verify the product/license key with the issuing manufacturer to ensure it has not been enabled or altered. After confirmation SoftwareLand will refund the selling price of the product in the form of the initial means of payment after the authentication process has been completed.
Please bear in mind that once the product key has been enabled or activated for digital and electronic products, we will be unable to cancel or refund the product.
